Paige is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, Certified Vinyasa and Tantra Teacher, and Integrative Health Coach who has spent over a decade guiding others into deeper harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Her unique path bridges the ancient healing wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga, Tantra, Christian Mysticism, and Kabbalistic teachings, creating a multidimensional approach to personal transformation.
She is the founder of HolisTech Wellness Center, where she works as a modern woman biohacker—helping women and men heal naturally by aligning nature’s technologies with the body’s innate intelligence. Her approach blends time-tested practices with cutting-edge integrative methods, offering clients a pathway to sustainable, embodied vitality.
Her journey began with the study of Ayurveda and Yoga, where she mastered therapies such as Marma, Bliss Therapies, Ayurvedic bodywork, and advanced healing techniques. She expanded her work to include Integrative Health Coaching, supporting clients in creating lasting lifestyle shifts that honor both body and spirit.
Drawn to the mystery of the energetic body, Paige sought out the path of Tantra to deepen her understanding of feminine energy and subtle life force. With more than ten years of working with energy and embodiment practices, she has discovered that Tantra holds keys to life’s greatest mysteries—particularly in how we love, relate, and create authentic connection.
Alongside Tantra and Ayurveda, Paige more recently has immersed herself in the contemplative traditions of Christian Mysticism and Kabbalistic wisdom, finding profound bridges between these sacred lineages. Her passion is in weaving these streams together to illuminate the universal truths they share: presence, devotion, transformation, and union with the Divine.
With warmth, depth, and clarity, Paige creates spaces where participants feel both deeply held and empowered to explore their own inner landscapes. Her work is not only about teaching ancient practices, but also about living them fully—bringing wisdom down from the esoteric into the embodied, everyday sacredness of life.
